 A stunning New Zealand Agrocybe mushroom  isolated from poplar and plane trees. 

It has an unusually large veil that hangs down like a skirt. This mushroom is also known as Tawaka in New Zealand.

 I highly recommend inoculating some poplar, oak or plane tree logs if you enjoy a strong savoury, meaty-mushroom flavour.
